This Monday, February 4th was
the last day that the penny is being distributed. As a tribute to the
retirement of Canada’s penny AND to help fight heart disease and stroke I will
be doing a fundraising event during an upcoming Dynabody Total Fitness Workout
class at the end of the month (Feb.26 & Feb.28).
“Sit-Up for Pennies” is a fun and challenging way to “Crunch out”
Heart Disease.
It’s quite simple – 1 sit up = 1
penny. How many sit-ups or crunches can
you do in 15 minutes?
Eg:
600 sit-ups - $6 pledge.
I’m going for one thousand!
So
join the rest of the DynaBods and
help raise some funds for Heart & Stroke research by pledging a penny a
sit-up, a flat donation, or just participate for fun. There will be prizes available to win!
All donations go to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

My friend has heart disease. I think this way is very helpful for him. I will tell him about this sit-up for pennies. It’s truly simple and challenging way to crunch out heart disease.
